Looking after our items

 

All crockery and cutlery must be returned clean to avoid a cleaning charge.  If you are unable to clean our items, please ask that a cleaning fee to be added to your invoice.

Furniture must be used and stored until collection/return in a safe place, away from the elements to avoid damage.  Damaged goods will be charged for at replacement rate.

 

Payment

 

All hires are paid in full before the items are released for delivery or collection.

 

 

Refund policy

 

When an event date is booked, full payment is required to secure your event items.

Any cancellations made 90 days prior to the booked event, 50% of your payment will be refunded.

Any cancellations made within 60 days of the booked event, 25% of your payment will be refunded.

Any cancellations within 14 days of the booked event, no refunds will be paid.
